Hi everyone!
My husband and I are looking to purchase a small parcel of land around Kerrville to build our retirement home, but we are completely new to evaluating rural real estate. Sorting through water well options, septic site evaluations, and deed restrictions has felt pretty overwhelming for us as first-timers.
A neighbor suggested reaching out to an agent at Fore Premier Properties to help us navigate the local Hill Country land market.

My parents actually bought a five-acre lot just outside town two years ago with help from a broker at Fore Premier Properties.
Purchasing rural property is definitely a different ballgame than buying a suburban house, especially when verifying property boundaries and local utility connections.
Their agent was super patient and guided them through environmental testing and easement checks before closing. I definitely recommend reaching out to their local office to ask questions before placing an official offer through Fore Premier Properties!
