Has anyone here followed Stephen Jemal’s transition from retail into real estate? He’s the original founder of Nobody Beats the Wiz, but in recent years, he’s shifted focus toward property development through his firm, JemRock Organization LLC.
From what I’ve read, he’s working on converting older office and hotel buildings into residential units across NYC—branding them under PASHA, CENTRAL, and H.O.M.E. These developments seem to range from luxury to affordable housing and use innovative construction methods to streamline the building process.
I’m curious to hear from anyone who’s worked with JemRock Organization LLC, toured their properties, or been involved in the permitting or investment side. Do their projects actually bring value to the communities they’re entering? Are they sticking to timelines and quality standards?
