He made it clear he wanted all offers out by the end of April. He said they're in NYC for something like 5 days, and that he'd love to get stuff out as soon as possible but that we'd hear by the end of April at the latest!

New York callbacks are happening today, so probably tomorrow would be the earliest people would hear.

He also warned that it'd probably take longer than he wanted! :/ I'm thinking into April we will still be safe

Do we happen to know if this was from the Chicago crowd, or NY crowd? And def ppl please keep posting about supporting/ensemble!

The person who was offered Cosette says she also has not heard of any other offers so it is safe to assume they are still casting

There definitely are more offers out. Friend auditioned in the NY scene and knows of offers accepted
For JVJ, Javert, both their understudies and eponine.

There hasn't been any word on ensemble casting in NYC or Chicago. That is what people are waiting on.

Last Saturday I was offered (and have accepted) one of the female ensemble roles.
I have gathered that casting is running behind the original schedule we were told at callbacks.
I auditioned in Chicago.

Okay. So. At my callback, we discussed that he wanted to know if I was being considered for anything else, and to stay in touch via email. I was called back for a role, and he made sure I was also interested in ensemble/understudying. Obviously haven't heard anything but I still want to know if anyone else has....! Do we think it's STILL happening, or should we give up hope?!
