    Moving to San Francisco—how bad is the state tax hit on equity?

    Hi everyone,I’m currently weighing a job offer that would move me from Texas to California, and the income tax jump is making me nervous. Since a huge portion of the offer is in RSUs,

    I’ve been hunting for a reliable california rsu tax calculator to see what my actual take-home pay will look like after the state takes its cut.
